How do you get access to respond to my reviews?
You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile — it's an invite inside your own Google account, the same way you'd give an employee access. We never see or hold your password, you stay the owner, and you can remove our access at any time.
How fast do you respond?
Every new review gets a response within one business day. Your monthly report shows your response rate and average response time, so you can hold us to it.
What happens when I get a nasty review?
Routine criticism gets a calm, professional reply that thanks the customer, addresses the specifics, and invites them to continue the conversation offline — never an argument in public. Anything serious — a review alleging safety problems, fraud, discrimination, or legal issues — gets flagged for human approval before anything is posted. Nothing reckless ever goes out under your name.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No contract. The service is month-to-month, paid by subscription, and you can cancel anytime — remove our Manager access and cancel the subscription, and you're done. The Founding rate is simply a price lock: $99/month guaranteed for your first 12 months if you're one of the first three clients.
Who actually writes the responses?
Our team does. We're a small US-based service, and every response is written for your business specifically — referencing what the customer actually said, in the voice you approve at setup. No copy-paste templates fired off blindly, and sensitive reviews always get human eyes before posting.
